And that’s exactly why I’m here once again—to share a brand new blog with all of you. ণecoming a great blogger is not just about writing—it’s about the perfect combination of knowledge, experience, and creativity. In today’s world, where content is everywhere, only creative and meaningful work stands out. Today, I am here to participate in another wonderful competition organized by @steemkidss in the Steem Kids & Parents community. This competition includes various topics where everyone has the opportunity to showcase their creativity. It is truly a beautiful initiative, and I would like to sincerely thank @steemkidss for organizing it. I am very happy to share my creativity through this blog today. In this post, I will present “Make a wall mat using cardboard and colored paper.”
Required Materials
- Colored paper
- Cardboard
- Glue
- Scissors
- Acrylic paint
- Sketch pens
- Paintbrush
“Preparation Process”
Step-1
“First, I cut the cardboard into a round shape to make the flower pot for the bottom part.”
Step-2
“Then, I took another piece of cardboard and cut it into long, thin strips using scissors.”
Step-3
“Then, I neatly cut the thin cardboard pieces into several small-sized pieces.”
Step-4
“Then, I beautifully attached those small cut pieces onto the pot using glue.”
Step-5
“Then, I glued the small pieces of cardboard all over the pot and trimmed the sides with scissors to give it a neat and perfect fitting.”
Step-6
“Then, I started painting the pot using a brush and several colors of acrylic paint.”
Step-7
“Now, this is the flower pot for the lower part. I beautifully colored the pot using a combination of different colors.”
Step-8
“Next, I cut black paper and beautifully made a few branches for the flowers. Then, I glued them onto the back side of the pot.”
Step-9
“And then I neatly fixed and attached the branches to the back side of the pot using glue.”
Step-10
“Next, I cut the colored paper into small square pieces to make flowers.”
Step-11
“Then I cut the colored paper into a circular shape and folded it several times to make flowers.”
Step-12
“And this way, I slowly cut out many flowers.”
Step-13
“Then I glued all the flowers onto the branches. After that, I felt the flowers looked a bit plain, so I thought about how to make them look more beautiful in a simple way. Suddenly, I got the idea to add a little color in the middle using sketch pens. As soon as the idea came to mind, I found a few sketch pens and colored the center of each flower.”
Last-Step
“After checking everything and seeing where and how the finishing would look beautiful, I completed making my DIY wall mat today.”
