Diy/ using cardboard to make a snowflakes

Compliment of the season, guys, Christmas is just few days from now and we will be celebrating the birth of our lord Jesus Christ, so for this reason, I came up with a very good creativity that will sooth the season.

I was able to use cardboard paper to create a snowflakes for all of us steemians..

• Cardboard paper
• Maker pen
• Pencil
• Scissor

This craft is all about carving and drawing, though is not that difficult to get it, if you look at it very well, you will be able to get the exact image.

Firstly I folded my paper to get a square shape and I cut off the remaining part.

When I was able to get a square shape which is all size equal, I then fold it to get a triangular shape.

After getting a triangular shape, I folded it again to get a funnel shape with a two triangular ages.

After getting the funnel shape, it was time for me to make use of my pencil, so I use the pencil to make some sketch work so that it will be easier for me to trim and get the correct end result.

So guys at this point, this is where you have to be very careful, because once you miss the steps you can't get the exact results of the ice.

I carefully sketch it and then I use my scissor to trim it out and it becomes a skeleton.

When I was done with the trimmings, I then open it gently so that no part would turn off.

At this point my snowflakes was 80%ready, so I needed to add some artistic work in other to make it more beautiful.

So I now apply my maker pen in place of a paint or water color, so since the colours were not available, the maker pen was really helpful.

So the colors I used were.
*Red, black and pink.

The colours were not much but they were very helpful.

So I use pencil first to sketch the snow man, then I use the maker pen to get the finishing work.

As you can see I was done getting a beautiful snowflakes And I paste at the wall of my room.

So I will love to challenge my fellow steemians to join me in doing this tasks too.

I so much love this art work, it is just bringing in more beauty to my bedroom.
