We have all come to the agreement that there's no family without misunderstanding, without indifferences, without conflict. We are not the same, we're related by blood but our way of reasoning will be different sometimes. So we don't expect everything to always be right all the time. The only place we should trace is what to do and how to handle the conflict because this has broke down a lot of family. Reading through your post, I noticed your wife is more specialized in cooking delicious food even though she works in an office. She knows how to make time for family and for her work schedule.
