Portrait Drawing Of A Lady

1000009080.jpg

Hello 👋 my dearest friends and family of Steemit. How are you doing? How was your day? I hope you have been enjoying every single moment of this Christmas with your friends and loved ones. 🎄"

I want to share with you all, my sketch or portrait drawing of a lady which is generally a polite, well-behaved woman, often implying refinement, good manners, or high social standing, but it's also a polite term for any woman, used in phrases like "ladies' room," or informally for a wife or girlfriend. Historically, it denoted status, ownership (like a manor), or devotion, and in British titles, it refers to noblewomen or wives of knights, with "Lady" capitalized as a formal title. Literally, a lady was a woman of high social rank or the mistress of a household.

Culturally While intended as polite, some women find the term patronizing or outdated, preferring the neutral term "woman" in professional or casual contexts.

Hope you will like my few steps of sketching this piece of art.🤓

My Steps Of Procedure
•step 1.

•step 2.
At this stage, I focused on the details of her mouth, specifically the teeth and the curve of her lips."

•step 3.
After drawing her left ear, I extended the lines from the face down to the neck and body.

•step 4.
I finished sketching the torso and left hand, then defined the form by darkening the outlines with a pencil

•step 5.
I rendered her hair next; I then defined the shadows within her mouth to make the teeth stand out. Additionally, I shaded areas of her body to illustrate bone and muscle structure."

•step 6
At this stage, I layered pencil and black pen to render a natural texture for her hair.

•step 7.
Finally, I finished shading the hair; then, I used a red pen to render her soft, reddish lips. Afterward, I added my signature, @michael, and titled the piece Portrait of a Lady.
