RE: Banana and it's benefits

I like the way you describe the benefits of bananas, but here are more merit of bananas.

Bananas act as prebiotics, providing fiber that feeds beneficial gut bacteria (probiotics) They are part of the BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast), which is used to soothe digestive issues like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The pectin and fiber in ripe bananas help maintain regular bowel movements, while their natural antacid properties can provide relief from heartburn and stomach ulcers. Green (unripe) bananas contain resistant starch, which acts like fiber and prevents sharp spikes in blood sugar after meals.Their high fiber content slows digestion, helping you feel fuller for longer and reducing the urge to snack on unhealthy options.

They are an excellent source of Vitamin B6, which is essential for metabolizing carbohydrates and fats into usable energy. The combination of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and antioxidants strengthens the body’s ability to fight off illnesses and reduce inflammation. Eating a banana after a workout helps replenish glycogen stores, which are depleted during strenuous exercise.

I do love to eat bananas after a long stressful day at work. Because after a long day, your brain and body may be low on fuel. Bananas provide a quick but sustained release of glucose, fructose, and sucrose, replenishing glycogen stores without the crash associated with processed sugary snacks.
