Am excited to be to be one of steemians engaging in week contest organised by @fortwis09. Let the story telling begin.
Pictures are one of the ways memories are been created, pictures also help in sharing and sustaining created memories. the act of presenting Hard copies of emotions are what we call photography. Photography is a means of communication, it tells stories of laughter, peace, joy and sadness. Pictures can also serves as a means of reminder, Reminding us of what our yesterday was and how far we have experienced growth.

My three captivating pictures for this contest will be my Birthday pictures, I and my siblings get-together and an unaware picture of myself having fun.
My birthdays
The reason why am choosing this particular event is because it was my first and second time celebrating my birthday with a cake, and the cakes ware gifts. Birthdays are celebrated ones every year, it one of the special days in every humans life, it one of the days you're been specially treated, given gift and made to own the spotlight. This day comes with a feeling that can't be expressed in words and am thankful to God almighty for this opportunity.
I and my siblings get-together
Am the first child in my family of five (5) my younger ones are crazy, funny and very naughty. Life separated us from one another and i lost that physical connection with them which was one of the best feelings I have experienced. on the 30th December 2023 one of my Greatest wishes was fulfilled, I hosted all my siblings to a fun-filled get-together. It was exciting and beautiful, it was actually my first time being a host and the event turn out more than I expected.
A suprise photoshoot
Am a very active human, I am fun and I love having fun, this particular picture tell a story of the child in every adult, I love the sight of balloons because it an indicator that a celebration party is going on nearby, the wind brought this particular balloon towards my direction and immediately the child in me was awaken. This picture were taken without my knowledge that one of the reason why this it is special.
WHAT MADE MY PICTURES SPECIAL ?
I have thousands of pictures in my gallery, but I chose this few because of their uniqueness and the event in which this that created them and the atmosphere surrounding them. They are one of the memories I wish to recreate and experience again.
WAS IT ANY SPECIAL EVENT OR SOMETHING THAT QUICKLY CAUGHT YOUR ATTENTION?
Absolutely YES it was a special event, it special because It was one of my wishes that came to reality, I have seen lost videos on the internet where siblings have fun, celebrate and bond with one another, it always beautiful sight to me, having the opportunity to experience that same feeling is speciality of the highest order.
DID IT REMIND YOU OF ANY STORY OR INSPIRE YOU TO WRITE ONE FOR OUR STORY LOVERS?
Yes it reminded me of my first true love, it reminded me of what family means, it reminded me of what real laughter sounds like, it reminded me of responsibilities and it reminded me of what life is all about.
WAS THE PICTURE TAKEN BY YOU OR ANY PHOTOGRAPHER?
Some of the memories I captured in pictures were taken by my humble self, I love and appreciate good things, anytime I come across one I love to keep some piece to my self.
I will love to encourage photographers and photography because it one of the most beautiful ways of communicating, it a way of telling a story without without using your voice, it a skill that must be learnt and appreciate.
