The Diary Game Betterlife Morning walk
How are you all? I hope you are all well. In this post I will share my daily morning walk routine. First, let me share some of the benefits of a morning walk.
Morning walk is very good for everyone's health, it is a very healthy thing, always good for blood pressure patients, reduces the risk of heart disease and even improves blood circulation. Improves strength, health and strengthens muscles. It keeps your mind fresh and helps you reduce stress and anxiety.
I often go for a walk in the morning, usually on weekdays, but I always go for a walk on the weekend (Saturday, Sunday). I never take my phone out for a walk, but this time I took it just to click some photos, now I share it here. There is a nursery where I do the walks. The nursery is quite nice and well laid out, there are also some statues and sand pots.
I prefer walking in the morning simply because it gives me fresh air without pollution or population, not even the noise from transportation.
This is the only plant in the nursery, my mom asked me to click a picture of it, so I picked one up and uploaded it here.
After returning from a hike, I have a quick breakfast, not with my family, I do it myself, I just make a cup of tea, take the pancakes out of the fridge, and then eat them, changing the wallpaper on the laptop is not good? And check out my new drama Little Women," it's a Korean drama by the way.
This is the month of milad and religious mehfil. That afternoon there was an anniversary at our relative's house, many people gathered there. First we all recite Quran majeed and then we start naats.
