Goodmorning dear friends i am @noorji here . Today i will discuss with you about the health of kids and i hope you will like my post about the health of kids.

WHAT IS HEALTH

Actually health doesn't stands for that one should be fatty and over weighted. Health means that he is immune from hazardous diseases and also he is safe and sound . He can walk run and can do all activities of daily life.

If a kid like this as mentioned above then it means he is healthy .

If a child is healthy then he can focus on his activities related about studies and activities related to the school.

Children are generally viewed as healthy when they're assessed by adult norms and limitations as well as lengths and there has been a great deal of progress in reducing nonage or early death and conditions. But the country shouldn't be dazed by these data several pointers of about children’s health point to the need for further enhancement .

EFFECT OF HEALTH ON STUDY

Health of kids directly affect their educational activities. If a child is not physically fit he cannot concentrate on his study and cannot participate in other activities of institutions. We should take care of our children all the time and everywhere.

Utmost people would agree that exercise and physical activities helps kiddies perform better in academy. It's well proved that physical exertion improves overall health and fitness . Among academy aged children, physical exertion programs help children develop social chops, ameliorate internal health and are associated with smaller threat- taking actions.

HOW CAN WE IMPROVE KIDS HEALTH

Kids health is very important in all taskss but the question is that how can we improve or what should we do for kids health. First of all i wanna say that we should focus on the diet plan of our children we should focus on that what he wants we should focus on that what he needs.

Children often ask for junk food like pizza and burgers but this is not healthy food for them. Healthy food is actually that food which has provided by nature

. Nature has provided us fruits milk and fresh vegetables. We should keep focus on these things and we should make these things as a part of their routine diet plan.

We should also provide them a natural environment in homes. We should plant trees and grass in the lawns and we should ask our children to spend time in greenery . We should also force them to play in the lawn which is full of greenery .
