Wednesday – What is the correct sentence? – Mini contest #5
Hello SteemKids and Parents!
Do you know what the oldest English word is that is still in use?
Believe it or not, the word “town” was used before the 12th century. This according to Merriam-Webster.com.
For those of you who don’t know,.
• A city is the biggest in area, population (more than 100 000 people), and it is also measured by how important it is.
• A town is smaller than a city but bigger than a town. A town also has a local government. The population of a town is between 1,000 and 100,000 people.
• And a village is the smallest area with only between 100 and 3,000 people.
This, dear friends, is how we get to learn more about the English language.
Oh yes! There is some good news this week. There is a winner!
Best of all, it is a winner with a post—a double up!

It is absolutely necessary for a person to participate in the same thinking in every competition. Let's say that even if we don't win, it doesn't matter. Our mental capacity is increasing, isn't it?
