Making a healthy smoothie for my daughter.

Happy weekend everyone, it's with delight I bring to a healthy smoothie recipe for my daughter. My daughter's diet is one thing I take very seriously as what the kids eat at this early stage will help to build a strong immune system and also the physique. So I make sure to pay attention to whatever my daughter eats. She loves to take more of liquid foods so I have to formulate food that will meet her daily dietary intake needs. I decided to name this smoothie banabalance as its have all the necessary nutritional value, below are the list of ingredients.

List of Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Avocado pear
  • Milk
  • Boiled egg york
  • Vegetable
  • Ginger

From the list of ingredients above you will agree with me that this is really a healthy meal for my daughter or anyone interested. I added boiled egg york to the ingredients because my daughter don't like eating the york and it's very healthy for her, so most of the time I blend the york with her meal. Egg york is a good source of protein, ginger is used as a form of cleanings, vegetables are food we need to add to our diet everyday, i used pumpkin leaves vegetable and also the health benefits of banana and avocado pear are way more than what we can imagine, they both help with weight gain and also avocado contains healthy fat for the body. If you are looking at helping your kid to improve weight gain then you might consider this recipe for your kid.

Preparation

To make a smoothie is the easiest thing to do, all you need is a blender and electricity but some blender are rechargeable these days and you don't need electricity to use them. So all you need to do is peel the banana, and also the avocado pear, I usually cut my avocado pear into half, then remove the seed,that makes it easy to remove the avocado, peel off the ginger and also get the egg york and your milk ready. Add all your ingredients to the blender with water as desired and blend.
