Greeting friends,

Welcome to my belog,how are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope everybody fine too .Today here I am participating this interesting contest weekly delicious food highlight take a look .This interesting contest organized by @ negonyi.I am Thankful for mam she is arranging such a nice contest .Today I will share with you the dishes I cooked this week and their pictures, which are extremely beautiful.

Lets move towards and starts

The day of Friday I made creamy white pasta .it's my family favourite dish.beibf a mother I take care of my children.This is not a part Pakistan cuisine it's Italian cuisine but three years .Slowly it is spreading rapidly in Pakistan and people are eating this dish with great enthusiasm, not only at home but also in big restaurants. It is cooked in a very high-quality way and different varieties of it have been made.I also made a cream sauce separately and then added pasta to it.

I was craving something sweet on a Saturday, so I made Caremal kheer it's very delicious dish.I must made weekend of any sweet dish .The process of made this dish is very easy .boil the milk add in grinded rice ,nuts,.Cook until the milk thickens and all the water in the milk dries up.after that take a pen add in sugar caremelizd in it.in medium heat .then add in milk mixture .consistency it's your choice thick or thin of kheer.This dish is part of our Asian cuisine. It is usually made at home, at weddings, at feasts, and on Eids. People eat it with great enthusiasm.

In Sunday I ate in breakfast tea with chocolate rusk.I really like eating rice with tea.I feel very light, it seems like I've eaten very light, my body doesn't feel heavy.chocolate rusk made very easy to cooked only few ingredients add in maida ,Coco powder,baking soda,sugar,packing powder,eggs,vanilla essence,butter make a better if all these ingredients and baked for 30 minutes in 108 c.The biggest advantage of home-cooked meals is that they are very clean and do not contain any heavy ingredients. Things are prepared in a very clean manner.some time I eaten as snacks in the evening with tea.

Now Today I made frying ladyfinger with bread in lunch .Vegetables are not only eaten with passion in Pakistan, but also cooked.In Pakistan the Provence of Punjab eaten and vegetables very fondly.but in the sindh province mixed diet.Ever since I saw all the benefits of ladyfinger, I started cooking it. It contains a lot of calcium, magnesium, and iron.I cooked it.

It's easy to cook .wash and cut the lady finger add in pen oil onion,tomatoes,green chilli,spice frying then add all the lady finger cover it for low heat.for 2 minutes .the ladyfinger ready to served.I served it breads and yougrt.
