Today I will be sharing with you my food week. Food is deeply personal it shapes mood and eats time when preparing and also depends on what you are doing.
Day Eaten Tuesday
Name & Description
Fried Rice with Chicken And Salad
It's a platter of golden fluffy rice fried with sweet green peas and diced carrots. It's served alongside well seasoned fried chicken and a fresh salad with creamy salad cream.
Ingredients
Long grain rice chicken carrots green peas cabbage tomato salad cream onions and seasoning cubes.
How It is Eaten
With a fork and spoon. I like to get a bit of everything in one bite.
Why I Choose This Meal
The Family Decision My dad crave love it.
Craving for Color And Texture.
I wanted a meal that would suit this festive season.

It complete the six classes of food
Day Eaten: Wednesday
Name & Description:
Pepper Soup with Yam & Chicken.
It’s a clear, meal with some scent leave and peppers, loaded with soft boiled yam and various cuts of chicken.
**Ingredients: **
Yam tuber, chicken (cuts), fresh peppers, scent leaves , nutmeg , onions, and seasoning cubes.
How It's Eaten:
For me, I use some fork to break a piece of yam, dip it into the peppery soup, and eat. The chicken is enjoyed by hand, pulling the meat from the bone.
Why I Chose This Meal:
Since we already had fried rice we the family decided to go with this so yummy. It's light yet incredibly nourishing.
Specific Craving:
Sometimes, nothing else but the sharp, clean heat of a good pepper soup will do.
Day Eaten: Thursday
Name & Description:Fried Plantain and Egg
Ripe plantains are sliced and fried . They are paired with fried eggs, often cooked with a onions and peppers.
Ingredients: Ripe plantains, eggs, onions, pepper , vegetable oil, salt.
How It's Eaten: Casual. I love using a fork to eat.
Day Eaten: Friday
Name & Description:
White Rice & Pepper Soup Chicken
It involves serving plain steaming white rice with the leftover spicy pepper soup and chicken from an earlier meal.
Ingredients:White rice, pepper soup, chicken.
How It's Eaten:
If served seperately, you scoop the white rice into a small plate and add a some few spoon of the pepper soup and a meat. Should be served with chilled water.
Why I Chose This Meal:
Easy to prepare
