All In One Contest WK38

Today I did wonderful a drawing and decided to use it for this contest. Let me share the process now.

I started with some sketches for the head with some simple curved lines using a black pen.

After making sure that the head was sketched out I drew the cap and added a little detailing

Next was the facial features. I started with the nose eye eye brow mouth and the ear and added a little earrings for more beauty.

By the time I was done with the facial features I want added in drawing a hoodie around the neck and shoulders.

I carefully began adding a large heart shape making sure the character holds it. When I was done for that part I wrote my username @sampson01 to personalize the artwork.

The next step was darkening the important part such as the hair eyes cap sections and some part by the neck side of the body.

If you checked this part on my part you can see cross hatching and line shading techniques was used to create a good texture on the cap hoodie face hands and the heart. The shading help a lot because it makes the drawing more realistic.

Finally I checked the entire drawing refined any rough lines to align the shading techniques so as to achieve a neat and finish cartoon illustration. I added the last hashtag #steemit.

The whole drawing was completed using only a black pen without the use of color.

The drawing symbolizes friendship and love.
