There are many things that my family does together that strengthen the family bond to be strengthened. In my today's post, I will discuss a few of those things that we do together all the time that makes us very United with each other.

As a Catholic and a Christian family one of the major things that we do together at all times is pray together. Based on the word of God that says a family that prays together lives together. My family drew much courage and strength from those encouragement and word and that has been the major thing that keeps us going.

Every day we pray together at least twice i.e. morning and evening. Before going out for our usual activities, my family always come together and then pray also when we finally come back home from the days stress and activities we also spare our time to always have a little chat and also pray together before going to bed.

This over the years has become a model for the family among other things. Another thing that we do always is eat together as a family. My parents are always in support of us eating together in the dining room. They do this always to make sure we all are eating as expected.

So everything there is dinner or lunch or even breakfast, and they will tell us all to come to the table and everyone will fish the food he or she can eat and we will all eat together. This has made everyone in the house know the level that we all eat. So I know how far my brothers and sisters as well as my parents can eat.

So in my family, the two major activities we do always that unite or strengthen the bond within the family are prayers and eating together. My family is a busy one and they don't always have time aside the time for eating and prayer together.
