The Dairy Game: (17/3/2024) FIVE PEOPLE THAT GO TO CHURCH

Hello welcome to My Block it's another beautiful evening and I thought is nice to share with you what I've learned from church today.

The preacher of today said that five people go to church each of these people has their motive everyone with what his mind tells him to do, it caught my attention today on the point he made on each of these characters

The first people that got to Church

• a convenient time
• problem church going
• social show
• celebration
• true worshipers

Those who go to church at their convenience time are among the five people who go to church this set of people only go to church when they are convinced to go when it raining or is sunny they decide not to go because it isn't convenient for them and when they feel like to leave the church Premises**** they always leave without the service being over those are parts of the people that go to church

Problem church participators are those people who go to church when they have a problem and once God attends to their problem they seize coming to church they never show up until another problem attacks them in their lives they hardly pray or associate with church activities but when they have a problem they become born again and they become prayer warrior they pray all the time for God to show them mercy and heal them from the problem that they are passing through

Social show in the church a set of people that go to church every Sunday either to meet with their friends or to snap pictures at the nice entrance of the church for their social media handle this type of people if they are in the church they don't listen to what they preacher is preaching they are always operating on their phone interacting with the world through their social media platform when the church service is still going on the preaching never have impact on them because they don't concentrate

Some are in church today because of this Thanksgiving

Celebration This set of people go to church either for a wedding, Thanksgiving, naming ceremony, or barrier among others they only go to church when their friends celebrate birthdays and also when they are invited for a special occasion after that they don't show up in the church again but they call themselves Christians they hardly practiced the church activities but when you see them in their various gathering they're always quoting and misinterpreting the Bible because they never take their time to learn the actual truth about the Bible.

True worshipers are those people who worship God in truth and spirit they always put God first in everything they do whether it rains or sunny, convenience or not they are always out there to worship God in problem and happiness they worship God with all their minds and souls the word of God never depart from them for more growth and knowledge of understanding of the will of the master and they go out to preach to others against their time they are always preaching the gospel for the world to have light those are the true worshipers they worship God with their money time strength and love for the work. People mock them and call them all sorts of names but they never mind because they know who they are serving.

The preacher got me wondering what type of a Christian I am, am I true worshipers who go to church for worship or a Christian who loves it when there are celebrations? do I go to church only when I have a problem or do I go to church for the celebration of birthdays how do I behave in the church when I go, do I listen to what the preacher is saying or I was busy pressing my phone to get the best picture for my social media handles

am I on the church premises to worship in true and in spirit? I pray that God will show us mercy because the life that we are living is cutting our neck we are happy that we have a big phone that connects us to the world but in another way around is taking us away from God and the time that we use in operating our phone is more than the one we use in worshiping God for the sake of money may the lord help us all
