I stand sideways of the world,
not hiding
just choosing which part of myself to show.

Red braids fall like punctuation marks
at the end of a long sentence
I am still writing.

My arm reaches forward,
holding my phone and a small mirror of lights
asking softly: Is this me today?

Behind me, windows remember yesterday,
ahead of me, the phone holds tomorrow.

Pressed shirt, steady stance,
dreams folded neatly beneath discipline.

I'm not posing for attention,
I'm documenting courage
proof that growth sometimes looks quiet,
And ambition can wear a uniform.

The corridor was familiar. Same walls, same window, same sir that carried the scent of early morning, afternoon and late hopes. Yet the day felt different.

I raised my phone, not for vanity, but for memory.
