HOW I STARTED THE TILING WORK FOR THE POOL.

I started by ensuring there are no form of leakages from the plastered concrete wall by checking round for holes and other things that could lead to leakages after the Tiling work get completed.

I then proceed to soak the tiles i intend using in water so it could absorb enough water to prevent it from falling off the wall after adding cement to it. I made my cement mixture with few quantity of plaster sand and much more quantity of cement so as to give it more strength and makes it solid.

I added enough quantity of both liquid and powdered waterproof cement to prevent water leakages. After that, i unsoaked the tiles from water and allow it to dry up slightly before proceeding to lay.

But before the laying process begins, i always ensure to take my gauge level round the whole pool to ensure the lines comes out straight and not sloppy.

After the tiling process is done, we proceed to the grouting process which is the most crucial part of any tiling job. Grouting process is about filling up every open spaces and lines with white cement in order to beautify it.

Once the grouting process is being completed, i ensure to clean every tiled surface properly in order to give it a bright and shining look, i also ensure to clean the work surroundings properly.

The choice of Blue mosaic tiles was intentional, blue is the most popular choice for aquatic environments because it enhances the water's natural "Tyndall effect," making the pool look deep, refreshing, and crystal clear even on overcast days.

We opted for a darker blue band around the perimeter and along the floor lanes to provide visual depth and safety markers**, allowing swimmers to easily judge the pool's boundaries and floor gradient.

MODs Comment/Recommendation:

Thanks for sharing your post with us. You really have a good skill. Most times I wonder how water remains in this and how water is removed after the pool is being washed.
