SEC-S14/W4 - Little concern for street animals.

In a community where the population is not aware of the law covering animals. It will be difficult not to find animals on the street. I, for one, don't know much about the law coverage for animals. If we do have these laws, then many have been falling short of it. I get to find street animals on the street in urban towns.
The cause of the prevalence of street animals.
Street animals are seen daily on the street, and there are many reasons for this.
Lack of guidance: Many love to have animals around their homes, but need more time to give full attention to the animals. This is fun for domestic animals. Some people do not prepare areas for this animal, letting the animals lose during the day, and will expect the animal in the evening periods. I see animals like coats and flowers who will have to go fetch for food.
Poverty rate: Yeah, poverty is a reason for stress on animals. Many will bring the animals home and later find it difficult to take proper care of these animals. For this reason, they decided to push the animal to the streets. By doing so, they are gradually sending the animals away from their homes. No longer, the animals will start sleeping out and not return home.
Aggressive Nature. True, some animals turn aggressive at home. Either to the guidance or the other animals, which pushes the owners to send them away for the home and other animals. A good example is cats. As they grow older, they become very aggressive to those around them.
Orphan: This is one of the main reasons we have street animals. Most of these animals lost their parents in the hands of hunters, disease, or lost their way.
Challenges and Obstacles in Handling Street Animals.
There are several challenges in handling street animals. As I mentioned above, most of them are aggressive. This will make it difficult to get close to help. If you have the chance of bringing one back home, you could bring a disease back home that can affect animals.
Impact of Street Animals on the Environment and Society.
Street Animals will go at any level in their search for what to eat. Note that street Animals have to go for what to eat, so will have to do anything to have what to eat. Some will destroy the little gardens, and hurt humans who stand on the path.
There is a high possibility of spreading disease in a community, by contaminating the animals.

I can not carry out any concrete action, but I can call on the government to do something in that light. As I mentioned above, I don't know much about the laws covering street animals. So I think if the government can create a sanctuary for street animals, it will be cool. Normally I know of a sanctuary for animals that are endangered. I don't know about Street Animals
The cat above, I saw that cat at the bus station late at night. It was about 11 pm, and from every indication this cat had nothing to eat.

I would say the main reason for the prevalence of street animals is aversion to them. You point out nicely that street animals are seen all the time. There are many families in which one pet is enough and the rest of the animals become a thorn in the road. I notice in my area where many of the street animals are chased away. Basically there is no sympathy for them.
I was surprised to see the cat you mentioned at the station. Because at this time the cat should be in the habit of sleeping but even at night he is sitting at the station for lack of food. Existen leyes para la protección animales e estado de abandono. El problema es que no son prioritaria. La arrogancia humana de creerse el ser mas inteligente limita el uso de dichas leyes.
La solución mas lógica para quienes llevan el poder es eliminar, erradicar estos animales bajo el pretexto de propagación de enfermedades o ataques violentos por parte de estos.
Sin embargo, se debe analizar que la situación existe por la irresponsabilidad de quienes fueron sus dueños.
Lamentablemente si existen niños en estado de abandono, no es raro ver animales con la misma suerte.

The concerned about the street animals that your shared in your post really true ,many factors influencing upon that issue like need for awareness in public, mobilize to sterilized and vaccinated them ,the poverty,lack of awareness and it's true street animals behaviors are aggressive specially in dogs it may be beaten you that I said vaccinated animals are not dangerous at all your love and care will make them moral and pet ,I like cats 😺😺.

I am animal lover person so I am really thank you that atleast you have raised your voice via your post that government should do something. Now winter season is going on I always worry that how they survive in this cold winter. I don't have much resources to do for them. But I always wish that their conditions will be good one day.
