It's nice to greeting you all to this exciting contest organized by @steem.ofanimals. Since I think this is a good contest, I would like to invite @fantvwiki @meriseptriyanti and @miftahulrizky to participate.

Animals are creatures of God that also have the right to live properly. However, in some cases there are still exploitation and violence that humans often do to animals. Through this post, I hope to at least help voice the slogan "Say No to Animal Abuse!".

Animals are part of an ecosystem that is inextricably linked to humans. And each component of the ecosystem has its own place to live and adapt.

Indeed, nature is the primary habitat for animals as free wild creatures. They have their own space to live and breed. The question is: what happens if their habitat is disturbed?

Of course, they will leave their current residence in search of a more decent and safe environment. Often, when they do, they enter our environment in an inappropriate manner. And we humans frequently feel disturbed, believing that these animals are disturbing and endangering our lives. However, I believe that we, as humans, are primarily responsible.

If we all realized to let them live in their natural habitats, I don't believe any animals would be considered a threat. And there would be no need for us to use violence against them. That's why I believe it's best not to disrupt their habitat.

Animal abuse is still prevalent in our communities, but some of us take it for granted. But I believe that is a misconception.

People who keep ornamental birds believe that keeping them in cages is because they are beautiful and marketable. But I believe it's exploitation because a cramped cage isn't their home. They deserve to be able to fly freely and live outdoors.

Then there are cases where dogs or cats are stoned for causing a nuisance. Even though they are only asking for a small portion of our leftovers. I don't think violence is necessary. If you're really disturbed, simply shoo them away.

In my opinion, violence against animals continues because we are generally threatened and disturbed. But if we don't bother them, they won't pose a threat either.

Although Indonesia has several regulations on animal protection, unfortunately animal abuse still occurs. So I hope we can all pay more attention to their treatment. Just understand that they also deserve to live well like us humans.

Maybe I would say it like this:

Just be understand that nothing is wasted in God's creation. Love and protect animal habitats as a form of our gratitude to God the Creator. _@lil.albab
