The human skin is the outer covering of the body.It is a form of layer that protects the bones and other organs of the body,it is the largest of the intergumentary systems.its similar to that of all mammals.

1-DRINKING ENOUGH WATER

drinking enough water helps to reduce the appearance of rinkles on the skin,it improves the elastic nature of the skin thereby reducing the effect of aging.water also hydrates the skin and makes it look soft.

2-BATHING OR TAKING SHOWER WITH COLD WATER

Bathing with cold water helps to tighten the hair cuticles,it also tightens the sebum layer which helps to provide protection for the skin and hair.In addition, unlike hot water,cold water does not dry up the sebum layer.

3-EATING OF WATERMELON

Watermelon contains vitamin C which helps in the production of collagen which is a protein that makes the skin soft and supple.Water melon also contains vitamin A which helps to create and repair skin cells.

4- COCONUT OIL

coconut oil when applied to the skin can have a very good effect on it. contains lauric acid and anti microbial properties which helps to fight micro organism.it also.it also protects the skin from skin infections like after shave bumbs, acne, cellulitis, folliculitis which are caused by bacteria or fungi.

5-EXERCISE

it helps to maintain a healthy heart beat thereby improving the circulation of blood, oxygen and nutrients delivery to the skin which can make the skin look healthy.

6-EATING OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Fruits like mango and avocado contains vitamin E which serves as antioxidants and anti inflammatory agents.vitamin E absorbs the UV light from the sun which can lead to skin burns,cancer and sagging of the skin.it also helps to strengthen the skin wall.fruits like cashews contains zinc which helps wounds to heal faster.
