I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. Today, I am here to share something new with you. We are all more or less familiar with shim (broad beans/hyacinth beans), a popular winter vegetable. They are delicious to eat, and as soon as winter arrives, they can be found everywhere in the markets. I created this video specifically for those who do not recognize the flowers of this plant. People living in urban areas rarely see these plants growing; they usually buy the vegetables from the market without ever seeing the actual plant or knowing what its flowers look like. Broad beans are packed with vitamins and are highly beneficial for the body. Many people in rural areas cultivate these plants and sell the produce in cities. These beans can be cooked in various ways; while stir-frying them on their own is a favorite, they also taste excellent when sautéed with potatoes.

The flowers of the broad bean plant are pink and quite small in size. Just as the flowers are attractive, the plant's leaves are also quite striking to look at.
