Sorry for asking, but... ‘where you dumped your refuse’ – what does that mean? Is the stuff just lying around there? Is it within the town? Who takes care of it?
Thank you fot asking that, every street in Akwa Ibom State hass a designated area where they dump their refuse, you cam only dump from 6pm the previous day to 6am today and then after two days, the government through the ministry of Environment comes and take them away. Anyone caught outsidee the time frame will be arrested and detained or asked to pay fine.
