The Diary Game 13/6/2024: Grocery Shopping is a Must!!

Hello friends,

I am very happy to be able to make this post about my diary day. I want to try to be more consistent with this, and continue to update you. Unfortunately, I am lazy and often forget to take photos, but I will still try my best.
Today was a busy day, although it started with a good coffee, which is a must. Mostly because I don't enjoy grocery shopping much, but it's something I have to do. So, I always try to organize myself once a week, hop in the car and visit stores that have offers.

Yes, because some might think that in Italy we are economically well off, but actually in recent years, due to inflation, one must be very careful about what they buy. So, I basically organize myself by checking the flyers of various supermarkets in the area and try to buy products that are on sale.

I avoid going grocery shopping on weekends, but rather go during weekdays to find fewer people and more offers. So, I spent the entire morning visiting supermarkets and buying the products I need. Even though those who follow me know that I mostly try to produce things myself; I also have a small garden where I grow some vegetables.

In the afternoon, after finishing my shopping errands, I cycled. In fact, I'm keen on exercising to stay fit because unfortunately I've gained a few extra pounds lately. I cycled along a route that runs alongside a very important river in my area, the Brenta River.

After this nearly 50 km ride, I returned home, very tired but as usual, very happy to have traveled this path in such a natural setting.
