I think that if I were SC01, I would also look for ways to manage my work and that not everything depends on me, because perhaps too much is expected.

And, I agree with a lot of what you say, authors should be expected to write fresh, stimulating, interesting, different, sparkling content. Even for me, the newspaper doesn't bother me, but not all newspapers are something I want to read. I don't like to read a morning routine, I would rather read what you were thinking while you were having coffee... or that you show me things from your area, it can be the different foods, places you go to, or the books you read, those stuff...

The content, I always say, is the most important thing, it's king... no matter how nice a post is on the outside in its form, if its content isn't fresh, doesn't feel real, then it gets lost in the crowd.
