The Diary Game: [15/05/2026] Joining The Plumbers To Work On The Water Pump

Honestly, I don't even know what to do about his water issue again. We have stayed in the compound for how many days now without water and that makes us to be paying people to be fetching water for us to use. This has been a stress I don't always want to see myself. So, I dedicated my today to making sure that I put an end to it. I called the plumbing guys and they brought their machine to come and pull out the pump.

We were being told that the pump was bad, but we just bought half pump some months ago and now they are telling us that the pump isn't good again, I wonder where these people gets these things. I just can't tell. Imagine having to change pump within a space of three months. After the pump was pulled out, I went to examine it.

After the pump was removed, I the poured something into the well. Honestly, I don't even know what these guys poured into the well and it came out this whitish, more like a snow. They told me the reason but, right now, I have forgotten the reason.

When I was tired, I had to go inside to brush my mouth so that I can prepare food to eat. I went outside to buy ripe plantain because I felt like eating that. After buying the plantain, I came back to the house and then I began to prepare the food.

When I finished preparing the food ,I took it outside and shared with the workers that were still working on the water and then I took mine inside to come and eat. I ate till I was okay then I bathed and rested for some while before opening my laptop to see if I had any pending jobs I needed to deliver.

When I finished doing some touches on the last design, I joined them back again. They were installing a new pump and I was there to supervise and make sure that it was actually a new pump they were installing. When the job had finished, I notified my landlord and he settled them.

After landlord had settled them and they left, I took broom to go and clean up the place because it was in a total mess. After that, I went to the backyard to pump the water and it worked perfectly, right now, I have water in excess to use. That is why I like this thing this guy's did.

As I finished ,I went to the house and then I removed afang soup from the freezer and then I defrosted it and then warmed it before I made garri so that I will eat for my dinner. When I finished eating my dinner, I took my bath and I went outside the field to stay.

Quite beautiful, I was just outside and liking the way the breeze was touching me but at some point, I began to feel sleepy, so I had to write my diary before going to bed finally for the day. It was tiring yet a productive day.
