My Health is a Priority
How are you all? My best wishes and love to all. We write about a wide variety of topics on Steemit every day, but today's topic is a little different. Because it's about the one thing in our life that, if we don't have it, there really isn't anything—health.

We often neglect our bodies. Work, work, worry-where to lose care of yourself in a crowd of everything. But when the body is bad, I suddenly realise that, in fact, the most important thing is to stay healthy. So I think this competition really makes a lot of sense to me.
Below, I share my answers to each question.
My country's health system and its assessment:
Now, I don't live in Bangladesh, I have been in Malaysia for a long time. But I am sharing my thoughts based on what I have seen in Bangladesh. I have mixed feelings about the health system in our country. It's nice to see a lot of improvements in the city—modern hospitals, new equipment, and skilled doctors.
But rural areas are a different picture. The general population there is still far from advanced medicine. Public hospitals are overcrowded, and it is uncertain when doctors will be seen. And while private hospitals are well served, the cost is too high, which is not feasible for everyone.
Once I went to the hospital with a close friend, I had the opportunity to understand the situation. From that experience, I would say the quality of our health system is improving, but I would give it 6.5 out of 10. While the infrastructure is good, the quality of Service and accessibility are still awaiting improvement.
Where do my family and I go when I'm sick:
No one knows when the illness will come. So we also have a certain place, where we go first.
There is a well-known clinic near our area. We've known each other for a long time, so there's a lot of trust. If there is a problem, we go there.
And if something is very common, then I also take advice from the pharmacy next door. But if the problem seems a little too much, then I go to the big hospital without delay. Because one thing I've learned, being late about health can become a bigger problem later on.

My plan to consciously improve health:
Being healthy is not an unknown good fortune, but the result of conscious effort. I understand that it is important to make some changes in your life.
I try to eat less oily food. In the midst of a daily workload, we often forget to drink water, which is harmful to the body. Now I am in the habit of drinking enough water.
I walk in the open air for at least 20 minutes every morning. It keeps the body fresh and calms the mind. Also, I try to ensure 7-8 hours of deep sleep at night, because it is very important for peace of mind.
Small changes are the key to maintaining a healthy body. I understand now, taking care of your body means taking responsibility for yourself.
Cost of medical care: free or paid:
This question can be considered in many ways.
In my own opinion, at least emergency medical and primary care should be free for everyone. Because sickness is something that comes suddenly, and then everyone can't raise money.
Free medical care is essential for the poor. However, this is also true; if everything is absolutely free, then the quality of Service is often not right.
So I think there needs to be a balance. Those who are able will spend a little, and that money can be used to help the insolvent. This will also improve the system and ensure that everyone is treated.
We spend a lot of time together, but little time on our bodies. This body is our lifelong companion. Therefore, you should not neglect to take care of yourself.
I invite three of my friends to participate in this competition
