I know there would be Nigerian restaurants in your country if you get an opportunity to see one please try jollof rice, or fufu and egusi you will love it.

Here is what the egusi and fufu looks like
The egusi is the soup while the fufu looks like a dough, you pinch the fufu and scoop it with the soup and then swallow.
