Orange is a very common fruit. Almost every home knows this fruit. But many people do not know how powerful orange really is. When I eat orange, I feel fresh. Its smell, its juice everything feels alive. Orange is not just food. It is health, energy and happiness.

Orange is found in many countries of the world. It grows where weather is warm. China is big producer of oranges. Brazil also grow lot of oranges. USA, Spain, Egypt and India are also famous for oranges. In Pakistan, oranges are mostly grown in Punjab. Sargodha city is very famous for oranges. People even call it “Orange city”. Oranges need sunlight and water. Cold weather is not good for orange tree. There are different types of oranges. Sweet orange is most common type. People eat it daily. It is juicy and sweet. Navel orange is another type. It has thick peel and no seeds. It is easy to eat. Blood orange looks different. Inside colour is red. Taste is little strong but healthy. Mandarin orange is small in size. Kids like it a lot. Tangerine is also similar but bit bigger. Valencia orange is best for juice. Seville orange is bitter and mostly used in jam. Every type has its own value.

Orange has different benefits for our health. Vitamin C is big benefit of orange. Orange is fill with Vitamin C. This vitamin help our body to fight with diseases. After eat orange our immune system becomes strong. It helps in cold and flu. That is why elders say eat orange in winter. Orange is also very good for skin. Vitamin C makes skin fresh and white. Persin who eat orange daily have brighter skin. It helps reduce pimples and dark spots. Orange also helps body make collagen. Collagen is important for skin and bones. Wounds also heal faster. Orange is good for heart. It helps control blood pressure. It reduces bad cholesterol. Fiber in orange helps digestion. People with constipation problem feel better by eating orange. But eating too much orange can cause acidity. So balance is important.

Orange helps in weight loss too. It has low calories. People who want to lose weight can eat orange. It keeps stomach full. It controls hunger. Orange juice is also good but whole orange is better because it has fiber. Orange also helps brain. It improves mood. When someone feels tired or sad, orange gives fresh energy. Even orange smell relaxes mind. Some people use orange oil for stress. Orange is used in many ways. I eat it raw. People make juice. Some use it in cakes, desserts and salads. Orange peel is also useful. It is used in beauty products and medicines. Oil of orange is use in soaps and perfumes.

Orange is a blessing of nature. It is cheap and easy to find. It gives health without side effects. If we make orange part of daily life, we stay strong and active. Small fruit, big power. I strongly believe orange is one of best fruits in the world.
