The Diary Game: 24th June, 2026. Going Shopping For An Event And Cooking

It's your favourite girlie, @tabitha10 and I want to quickly share something beautiful about my day with you all. I am planning towards an event so, I decided to go shopping today. It's not the normal groceries shopping anyways. This is in preparation of the Blockchain event my friend is organizing and I happen to be part of the organizers, so it's not easy.

I bought a whole lot of things, including drinks and other things that we will present to those coming. It's really going to be a huge one and we will be doing it at the University of Uyo campus, you just can't miss this for anything. We had this same event early this year and it was a big movement and this time around, it's going to be even better and bigger.

While I was also buying things for the event, I had to shop for my own personal items because, I don't know when next I will be this free to do that shopping. I got hold of other things like my soap and tissue so that I could take it back home. After that, I took them to them counter and paid for them.

When the items were packaged and given to me, I took them back to the house. Not my house, rather but to my friend's house. When I got there, I dropped those items and then began to take them out one after the other so that most of those delicate items won't break.

After that, I began to put the gift box in order, we have so much goodies to put in place and believe me, I can't wait to just give these gifts to those that will be coming. So, if you are staying in Uyo, just know that we are bringing something beautiful to you, just come out to Uniuyo Town campus and let's network, laugh and learn.

I was tired after everything, so I needed a little time to just relax my head before heading back home. While I was resting, I was also trying to make contact about the chairs we will be needing and the amount of snacks we will be needing from each vendor. It's stressful, honestly but I am going to end this with a big smile.

When I left there, I went to the market to buy 1kg of fish so that we can eat for dinner. When I came back home, I washed the meat, seasoned it and then I began to cook it. You needed to perceive the aroma that filled the house.

When I finished cooking the fish, I couldn't even wait for the rice that I was boiling to be done, I had dished a little and began to be eating. I was hungry, so, please do not blame me. After I finished with that, I took bath because I was scenting like the food I ate.

Since it was evening already, I had to bring my book and I began to read it. This was just me preparing myself for the coming exams because, honestly, I want to have the best of result.

When I finished reading the book I was handling, I dropped and then I took my phone to call my friends and hear from them and now, it's time for my steemit friends to also hear from me as well.
