The Diary Game [14/05/2026]Attended departmental staff socials.

Hello @everyone accept special greetings from this end of globe .Today is another great day for me to share my lifestyle with you people.Today is my off day from work but unfortunately for me is not a resting day me .As we have departmental staff socials to end the term.

In Cameroon we are in our last term of the of academic year for 2026.Rounding soon with exams in less than a week, Students will be going for summer holidays .Which will be for three months and they will resumed early September 2026.For the new academic year of school.

We all as teachers in our department want to end the year in a social way full of relaxation and positive vibes. Are departmental meeting is starting at 1pm. Today is public holidays and my husband is home . I decided to cook Okongabong before leaving house .Since,time was already running out me .When I was done Okongbong .

My husband to go husband asked me to go , he will peeled potatoes and boiled .For it to be eaten with Okongbong.When, I was prepared and left the house to attend our departmental staff social in town.Rain cut me at the roadside looking for a taxi to take .

It was very rainy that no one could believed.Due to the sudden changed of weather . I stayed at a building for some time for rain to siezed before can take a taxi .I had no umbrella to cover and stand beside the road to a cab .

When the rain siezed immediately I had a taxi.In less than 10minutes , I was in town and headed to venue, my colleague were already taking refreshments.Since , I was abit late, I joined them as I was served was roasted since that was I choosed .The finish was very nice and big .We all appreciated the spices .

After, refreshment discussed pedagogic matters and other school related things .When we were done ,we had enough time drinking and dancing .It was really fun with colleagues. Exactly at 5:00pm, we all closed and headed to our various destination.

Colleagues who had cars going to our various directions helped to carry us who have not cars .I arrived home in a rainy weather condition. Places were cold , I made tea for us drink and after I called it a day .It was a good day well spent with colleagues for our departmental staff socials.
