The Diary Game: Best Day With My Wife And Kid 7/04/2026

My wife and I woke up very early today and we were so happy because it was already a glorious and beautiful day. She told me she was not joining me in the shop that morning and that was very fine because I knew she will be home to take care of our son and also do other chores. The most important of them all was that she was going to fry groundnut and that was exactly what I wanted to know.

When I wanted to leave the house, I told her I wasn't going with my bike because of the price of fuel. She said I should wait for her to close the door so that she can come and drop me off before she comes back home to do what she wanted to do. She is such an amazing woman, honestly. I am married to one of the most beautiful and yet caring human being on earth.

When she dropped me off, I gave her some money and asked her to use it for herself because I wake up every morning and I see her struggle day and night just to make sure she contributes to the family and I am always wondering how my life would've been if I hadn't met her before now.

I went to the shop and I opened it in God's name and then I began the sales of the day. I was so worried about my wife because the chores were going to be too much and plus, her health isn't that stable for now, I called her to just take everything easily, just Incase she felt like she needed to do everything all by herself today.

She still told me that she was going to try her best, I mean the parlour was unkept, the room and the kitchen were unkept as well. I told myself that if there weren't going to be much sales today, I was going to go back home and help her out.

I sat in the shop for over 3 hours and couldn't make a tangible sales so I dressed up and went back home to go and rest. I didn't want to struggle with it anymore. I just went to the house and when I got back home, it was my son who came out to welcome me. I carried him up and then I went inside.

When I got inside, I looked at the clothes, she was yet to wash them, I checked the parlour, room and kitchen and she had tidied everything and cleaned everywhere and now she was busy tying the groundnut she fried.

I took the clothes to go and wash them outside because they weren't that much, I fetched water from well and did the washing. When I finished, I took the clothes and dried them, my wife was appreciating me and I told her not because it's my job to always assist her around the house.

Before I could even finish hanging the clothes, food was ready for dinner. I hugged her and then we sat on the ground and ate the soup. She is a very strong woman, I must say this. So, after eating, I told her to bath and rest let me take care of the dishes and she went to go and bath. Then after bathing, I asked her to go to the parlour and rest herself.

I was in the kitchen with my son washing clothes and tidying the plates back to their rack. After I finished, I bathed my son and also took my bath before I went to the room to sleep, my wife later joined me and we slept off.
