Steemit Engagement Challenge S4-W3: "Three goals that I met and three that I want to achieve."

INTRODUCTION



We all have goals in our life. There aur various quotes about a person who has no goals in life some say a person without goals is like a ship without a compass. Others say there are no unsuccessful persons just people without goals. Some others say a person without goal's is a living dead. I know i know this is going a little crazy but hang on the good thing is about to come. So wrapping up all this we come to a conclusion that goes are important for a person. I also have some goes in my life I and I have also achieved some goals or should i say mini-goals, and there are numerous goals that I want to achieve & today will be discussing all of those in this post.


What are those three goals that you managed to accomplish this year?


Well there are various goals i have achieved this year. Well the goals that i achieved maybe part of someone's daily routine or what i achieved may seem like calkwalk or chils's play to you or someone who reads this post. But trust me it is an achievement for me.



MAINTAINING AN EARLY TO BED AND RISE EARLY SCHEDULE



There was a time when struggled with insomnia & rising early was a task that seemed impossible to me. Not anymore i started working on myself & i am happy that i did started working on myself. Afterall you are the only one who matters the most. Well i already had listened to numerous motivational speakers religious guru's & infact i am a science background student so i am well aware about the benifits of sleeping early and waking early. I suppose that anyone who imreads this post is aware of all the benifits skeeping & waking early. Back to the topic I was a type of person who used to watch Netflix before sleeping and my general sleeping time was somewhere between 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. I consistently worked on it, and nowadays I go to bed at 10:30 to 11:00 p.m. Trust me it came with new numerous benefits, my eyes were not puffy at all, you can feel the glow I think it lies somewhere inside. And I used to wake up at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and trust me I was always in a hurry to reach college. Once my schedule was back in track there were numerous benefits that I witnessed I felt more energetic more motivated. In fact I became more healthier my skin issues strated disappearing.



JOINING A GYM & A STEP TOWARDS MEDITATION

Well another step towards self help was moving to the gym. This is what i think each & every person should atleast workout 2-3 a week. No matter what age group you are in or what your physical mental psychological state state is, gym or exercise is a must. If not building a lean or bulked out body atleast to stay fit work out is a necessity. Yes! It us true that i didn't gained any significant muscles i am not bulked out yet, its been 3 monthes and i am going gym on a regular basis. I workout 6 days a week. I foolow a healthy diet plan. Let me show you the sweat level

Yes you may not see results in a few wweks or even you won't see any significant improvement for months but as we know someone once said good things take time & trust me the level of motivation the level of satisfaction after completing a my gym is unmatched. Although i haven't gained any significant muscle mass but it's the satisfaction that keeps me going. The satisfaction that you are better then the people who are watching Netflix at this time the satisfaction that you are better the people waho are skeeping at this time of the day. That satisfaction is unmatched.

GETTING OUT OF DEPRESSION



Well this is one of the biggest achievement that i achieved thus year. It was after i consulted a psychiatrist i came to know that i was a victim of severe depression & sharing my deatils with the doctor i came to know that i have been facing mild depression from years. I was a victim of severe depression & i was in a state where i was never in a mood to do anything literally there was only 3 things that i wanted to do that were eat,sleep,netflix. Any other job aoart then this made me go crazy, i had no energy at all. I was always low on energy & didn't wanted to get uo from the bed. There were times when thought's of suicide poped in my head & somehow i dealt with that & today i am proudly announcing that i am no longer in a depredded state I don't mean i am completely fine but i am very much fine. Once i visuted the doctor i was prescribed with a load of meditation that i strictly follow & i did i am living my best life ever. Here is a shot of the prescription with alk the medication.

Tell us what was your experience in these 3 achievements? What teachings did he leave you?


Well all the three achievement's that i mentioned can be clearly related to self help consistency & step towards healthy lifestyle. All the achievements that I mentioned above are directly related to me and it's been a pleasure sharing tools achievements with you. I learned various lessons the first lesson that I learned was consistency. Consistency is the key if you can not be consistent you will never be successful. I am saying this because I have seen various people in my gym that quit gym because they were not getting results I see the lack of motivation the lack of consistency in their case. Another thing that I learned was if you are dealing with any psychological issues it is better actually it's not better it's best to get medical help because if you got a wound everyone will see that you are hurt but if you are mentally ill no one is going to notice that it's only you who can help yourself. So if you are dealinh with any mental issues please help yourself.


What are those three goals you want to achieve? And how do you want to achieve each of them?


We'll dear all various goes that I want to achieve in my life. I want to say no one can achive all goals even the goals that I have can be fantasys who knows, but I count them in the category of goals because goals or more achievable than fantasies. Today I will be discussing few of them. Let's start with the first



CRACKING THE CAT & GMAT EXAM



Well current I am in my final semester and I know where am I supposed to be don't be confused I am talking about degree that I am going to pursue after my bachelors. I need my mind to pursue and Masters in business administration. Yes that's MBA I want to pursue degree in MBA after my BSC for that I have clear CAT or GMAT. THE CAT stands for COMMON ADMISSION TEST & the GMAT
stands for GLOBAL MANAGEMENT ADMISSION TEST. talking about CAT, if one clear CAT exam he/she gets admitted into IIMs IIT's FMS and numerous other B-Schools. As you might have guessed these are the leading business schools in India. This doesn't come easy CAT is one of the toughest exams of India. So for that I need to work very hard so that I can get admitted in my dream B-School. My CAT exam will be held in November or December of 2023 that means I have got 14 months what preparation that's ample time but mean while I am in my final semester so I also have to manage my college. I also have got a book that I recently purchased & the name of the book is "HOW TO PREPARE FOR LOGICAL REASONING FOR CAT"

OPENING MY OWN START-UP



I am very curious about opening my own startup. I have a business idea going on my mind for about more than 6 months I guess. In working on it for past 6 months well talking about the business idea I can't share it because you know in-security thats the reason I won't be sharing my business idea here. But I have shared it with some of my friends and I got a positive response from them and clearly I will working on its 6 months so I came up with some flaws I sorted out few but I am still left with many to be solved. I had no knowledge about how to start a startup what are the things to keep in mind but YouTube as you know it has it all so now I know how to start up how to build your own brand where to get funding how to get funding. So this is an achievement i want to accomplish.



GETTING CONSISTENT ON STEEMIT



No I'm not doing it for getting upvotes on the particular post. To be honest now that I am out of my depression I am most probably going to continue steam it as a used to do it before from my profile second you can see that last time I was serious about steemit, it was almost 8 monthes ago. I have some bad time you can say very bad time things when going properly my great not satisfactory everything sucked but now that I am in a very good condition I will continue to use limit because it not only gives me monetary rewards but it keeps me engaged generally the time I'll give to steemit is the time that I would have mostly watch the movie or a web series or YouTube. Using the same time for productivity it makes me feel good it gives you and satisfaction. or you can say utilising your time in a good way as we know steam it is full of content full of people there are millions of people to explore million job post publicity each and every day and mostly most of the posts are useful where you can learn something. So that's the reason I want I take it as an achievement because I am not been posting from 8 months I also power down all of my stream that I had so now that I am back I will try to my steempower.


When you feel that you cannot achieve something: what is your motivational message?


If you give all your heart to something it can't go wrong. But still there are chances that one won succeed even after giving all one has. Yes you heard it right sometimes things won't turn great no matter how much effort you put in. There are various stories where someone puts all his but all his money all his energy all his motivation in something but still things don't workout. That's a tough time. One thing doesn't turn out good doesn't mean that life is not good. Talking about motivational message sadly I don't have one but there is something inside me that push is me to go for the even after failures. The bulb wouldn't have been invented if Edison would have stop at 99 try its only at hundred time he succeed. as I earlier mentioned in the post consistency is the key to everything but still things does not turn out in your court. So my advice to anyone who is suffering now the advice is never give up keep going.

Ningún logro es pequeño todo es valioso porque son metas que nos planteamos y al alcanzarlas es muy satisfactorio.
