1/2 cup boot dal
1 carrot
1 potato
2 tomatoes
1 cup papaya
1 Cauliflower
4 pots
1 teaspoon adabata
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon onion paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
The amount of oil
5-6 slices of green pepper
The amount of coriander leaves
1 teaspoon panchphoran
2 bay leaves
Then you have to mix all vegetables & dal as you do. โค๏ธ
I'm just eat it but I never cooked it yet. My mom did it. If you want to try I can say in details after hearing from my mom. ๐
Wow๐ thank you! Have just researched, but I can not get out what 'boot dal' is. Is it just lentils and chickpeas? And what are 4 pots? Adabata is getting hard to come by too. I should be able to find the rest though. Sounds really very tasty๐
adabata means Ginger
4 pots means pointed gourd
Dal means Lentil or black legume
Don't worry. I'll send a link of this recipe. You will love it. I hope ๐คฉ๐
