Hello there. All you need to do is use your posting keys and log on to steemit.com using your browser. At the moment appics is still under the steem blockchain. Whatevee you post here in appics is also posted there on steemit. Please check coz you might have unclaimed rewards from your previous posts. I am fycee, an ambassador or appics and i believe that you are one of our influencers so i can also guide you using steemit since we are still dwelling on their blockchain. Thanks.
You can upload to dtube or youtube. (and simply paste the youtube link in Steemit editor.)
Also, I recommend installing discord app and joining the steemingcurators discord(the link is an invite to the server.)
