... cooperation with Actifit! We will have 6 live workouts per week and 3 of them will be hosted and performed by me ☺️ My partner coach from Canada has also prepared some amazing workouts for you so stay tuned for further instructions on how to participate!

Personally, I am stuck at home - all gyms are closed and traveling is quite difficult as you might know… I’ve been doings sports since the age of 3 and not being able to move was never an option for me.
Let me show you how I motivate myself at home and make my workouts fun instead of a torture. Let’s push through this - we’re all in this together!
