๐ ๐ฐ You don't have to have your apartment or house directly at the beach in the most expensive corner, but this is not the most expensive corner yet, we have more expensive apartments on offer. But you can surely buy a small villa or a great penthouse for less money at a nice place.
In Hamburg you also don't have to live directly on the Elbchaussee๐
