Morning walk Benefits☀️

4 o'clock.

• Hello steemit brothers! I woke up early in the morning. I prayed. He recited the Holy Quran. And then went out for a morning walk. I always walk in the morning. Because morning walks are my routine. And I go for morning walks at every turn in life. Morning walks are very beneficial for human beings. It gives health to human beings. So a morning walk is important to me.

I saw a tractor with a lot of over loading🚜

• As I walked down the street for a morning walk, I saw a tractor. There was a lot of stuff on it. And the things inside the tractor were overloading. There was a risk of an accident. And the tractor made a little jump. I was very scared to see that. Although I was not driving a tractor. People want to avoid tractor overloading.

Going to park after morning walk.

• Then I went to the park for a walk. There were a lot of flowers in the park. Then i saw a different pink flower. I don't know this flower name.

Coming back from a morning walk🏃

• I saw a lot of flowers. It was too late now and I went back home. I had a lot of fun walking in the morning.

Morning breakfast 🥪

6 o'clock

• Returning from a morning walk. As usual, I told my mother to make breakfast for me because I had to go to the office. Mom started making breakfast. I eat mostly eggs for breakfast. So today I told my mother to make an egg with chillies and a piece of bread with it.

Going to office👨‍💼

8 o'clock

• After breakfast I left the office at eight o'clock.
  ride my motorbike and then I go to the office on my motorbike. I go to the office at eight o'clock. I went to the office. There are a lot of plants in the office start.

• Office rooms start a little later. And there is a lot of work involved. Which takes a long time.

• Sometimes I come home at two in the afternoon. Even today it seemed to me that I would return home at twelve or one o'clock. I hurriedly started working in the office. I kept working. About one o'clock my work was done.

• After working for a long time, I left for home. My mom called to get some mangoes from the market.

Mangoes shop 🥭

• So I went straight from the office to the market. Buy mangoes from the mango shop.

• There were two types of mangoes at the mango shop. One was green and the other was yellow. So I took the yellow mango. I took the mango and left for home. When I got home, I gave mangoes to my mother. And my mother made mango juice. I was so tired I drank juice and then lay down to rest.

6 o'clock

• Then I fell asleep for a while. When I woke up, it was time for the evening call. I got up and performed Ablution. And he went to the mosque to offer the evening prayer. The mosque was near my house.

8 o'clock

• After Maghrib prayers. I came home I ate dinner and then it was time for Isha adhan. I went to the mosque to offer Isha prayers. When he came after Isha prayers, our whole house was asleep and I also fell asleep. Today has been a frustrating day for me. But still today is my day. Remember in prayers.
