I had gathered a few quotes about leadership from noteworthy leaders, this will help us to define what separates a good leaders from great ones. I think to Share these leadership quotes with steemit members to be a bit of motivation. So lets see,

Before we move for further discussion, let’s see some images that gives us nice idea about the leadership and how it was. I got these images from my friend via WhatsApp. I like to share this with you all.


Above definitions have an ability to illustrate some key differences between leadership. As reflected by the definition above, a management relation has its focus on getting the job done through the use of authority. In directly, a leadership relation implies common goals and relations built on influence between leader and follower also. It should be noted, that however, the persons led, most often termed “followers”, are not explicitly treated in the early approach to leadership, since this is focused on the leader as an single individual. Following this thing between leadership and management is relevant only when introducing different leader-behaviors. As hopefully reflected throughout this paper, the division of managerial functions into leadership may not be the only or most adequate solution. Thus, the definitions are introduced here as a reference for presenting the develop.

The Leadership and management are not the same, and both of them have to go hand in hand. If managers are be effective in their role, that is very essential for them to imbibe certain leadership skills. And if leaders want to lead successfully, they must know how to manage their followers. Then they can feel more inspired, empowered, and engaged, leading to a successful organization.

Leadership Styles.


The Leadership styles are categories by leader's characteristic behaviors when directing, motivating, guiding, and managing groups of people. Great leaders can inspire all the sections as political movements and social change.
There are fore main types.
1 Autocratic Leader
2 Laissez Faire Leader
3 Human Relations Leader
4 Democratic Leader


Kurt Lewin is a psychologist that introduce main three Styles as “Lewin's Leadership Styles” in 1939 .

As an example Mark Zuckerberg’s leadership style in action the favorite style that author recommend. He always demands constant innovation and growth, he loves debates and challenges and he uses all 3 styles of leadership (autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire)in his leadership role. He commands his employees to do their assigned work but also constantly asks for feedback from everybody and believes in his employees and treats them equally. Some reasons why his employees love him and respect very much.

  • Act and the intelligence to back up his decisions.

  • Empowers Employees every time.
  • Commitment to effective and regular communication.

I have experienced this issue many times! There is very few people who follows these techniques.
