Humans are social and dependent beings because, although we may not like it, on many occasions and for different reasons, we need the talent, ability, or collaboration of other people. Cooperation between individuals is necessary for all areas of life, a family cannot function with only one person responsible for everything and a company cannot function with only one employee or boss.

When we cooperate with tasks that are part of our skills the results are much easier to achieve and relationships thrive, what do I mean by this? What I mean is that some people are creative, others are analytical, others find it easy to plan or execute, and I could go on naming many more skills or talents.

Cooperation is teamwork and a team must be able to recognize the weaknesses and strengths of each of its members to achieve excellent results. Teamwork is rewarding, it is a sign that each member has something different to contribute and each of its members is important.
