Paper Wasps (Mischocyttarus mexicanus cubicola)
Another fascinating insect I found in the bush near the beach is a paper wasp. It is one of the common wasps that we often see fly over the plants or grasses. Wasps, classified under the order of Hymenoptera, also include ants, bees, and sawflies. Paper wasps (Mischocyttarus mexicanus cubicola) is found to habit in primarily neotropical and temperate areas. It has also been noticed that the females are dominantly foraging in a given colony that similar to the bees. During the daylight, this species is moving quite a lot in which I had to use DSLR to take pictures from a certain range as well as the way to avoid its aggressiveness.
