सुबह लगभग में 5:30 पर अपना मिश्रा छोड़ देता हूं तब मैं कमरे से बाहर है और अपने लिए एक गिलास गर्म पानी किया पानी पीने के बाद हमेशा अपने सोने चला जाता हूं वहां से आने के बाद मैंने अपना कुछ व्यायाम किया जिसमें मैं 25 मिनट दी उसके बाद में दूध लेने चला जाता हूं वहां पर जाकर देखा हूं तो एक हलवाई का कार्य हो रहा है मैंने
