First I take 2 pieces navy-blue paper (8×8)cm size, then take 2 pieces green paper (7×4)cm size, then take 2 pieces spring green paper (7×4)cm size, then take a green paper (15×5)cm size & take a navy-blue and a white paper (15×4)&(15×2)cm size like the picture below.

Wow you described step to step ..amazing creation.
