Many Pir Sahebs, Auli-Auliya, Dervishes came out from those Arab countries to propagate Islam in this section. Sylhet is home to many shrines of Pir Sahebs and Dervishes and tea is cultivated. There are many high mountains here. which is famous for this district. After Bagerhat District, Ranga Mati, Khagrachari, Shariatpur etc.

The name of the union is Dhankati. The name of the district is Shariatpur. Shariatpur is a famous district of Bangladesh. This district is named after Haji Sharitullah. There are 7 police stations and three MP constituencies in my district. There are many poets, writers, researchers, dramatists, Hafez in this district. Shariatpur is famous for Bibi Khan pita. I feel good that I was born in Shariatpur.
My education and profession: i am a student I study in madrasa in Kamil class. The name of my Madrasa is Hami Dia Kamil Madrasa. It is located in Damudya Municipality. Our Madrasa has 11 teachers and about 200 students. After one year my studies will be over. In addition to studying, I work at school for some time. The name of the school where I work is Bright Shishu Academy. It is situated in Kandi village of Ramray in Damudya police station. It is a private educational institution. I work here for 2 years. My school has about 200 students.
