SATURDAY CUISINE
Dear friends,
Happy Saturday evening to you all
My name is Godwin. So let look at Saturdays cuisin in southern Nigeria

On Saturday(s) in the southern part of Nigeria is always a hangout party everywhere. The weather is not too cool and in such weather we feel like eating fried and dried consumables again and again. So today, I decided to make some fried and dry consumables from pork meat.
For this, I bought some pork meat from the market. I applied spices to them well and left them to marinate for one and half hour. After that, I took them out and coated them nicely with corn flour. When they are well covered, I deep-fried them in hot cooking oil.
When they turned light brown and were fully cooked from the inside, I took them out of the oil and placed them on newspaper so the extra oil could be absorbed. After some time, when the oil dried, I sprinkled chaat masala on them and then serve my guest with fried rice and plantain. The taste was really amazing.
I believe you will also try making this at home like I did. they are very tasty and also give energy.
Friends, I hope my cooking activity today educative and worth trying. I know that you will encourage me.
Thank you so very much
