Chicken Shami Kebabs
Good Day Everyone!
Today we made chicken shami kebabs, and it was a very enjoyable experience for all of us. First, we boiled chana daal and boneless chicken together with all the spices until everything became soft and tender.
Then we dried all the extra water and mashed the mixture gently to make a smooth and even texture. After that, we added qasoori methi, eggs, and bread crumbs to give the kebabs a nice flavor and help them hold their shape. Once the mixture was ready, we shaped it into round kebabs and fried them until they turned golden brown and crispy on the outside while staying soft inside.
The delicious aroma filled the kitchen, and everyone was excited to taste them. When we finally served the kebabs, they tasted amazing and full of flavor. We all enjoyed eating them together, and I took some lovely pictures to remember this wonderful cooking moment.
