Delicious Chicken Potato Sandwiches

Today we made sandwiches for dinner. The filling was made with potatoes and chicken. My beloved wife first boiled the potatoes and then fried the chicken. After that, she mixed some spices with them and mashed everything together evenly.

The mixture smelled really good. Then she carefully filled this tasty mixture between slices of bread. We used a sandwich maker to toast them. In just 2 or 3 minutes, the sandwiches were ready. They looked golden and crispy from outside and soft from inside. The taste was amazing, and we all enjoyed them very much.

The kids were happy and asked for more. It was a simple meal, but made with love and care. I felt thankful for such a lovely dinner. I also took some pictures to remember this beautiful moment. I’m sharing those pictures with you because it was a special evening for our family.
