Lunch with Mooli Paratha
Good Day Everyone!
This noon we enjoyed a very tasty meal of mooli paratha. I bought fresh radish (mooli) from the market to make it. First, we peeled and crushed the radish in a specific shape, then added some spices like salt, red chili powder, and coriander to give it a nice flavor.
After preparing the filling, we took two small balls of dough, rolled them into rotis, and placed the spiced radish mixture between them. We sealed the edges carefully and rolled it again to make a perfect paratha. Then we cooked it on a hot pan with some ghee until it turned golden brown and crispy. The smell was so tempting that everyone wanted to eat quickly.
We served the hot mooli parathas with curd and pickle and enjoyed them very much. It was a simple yet delicious meal, and I also took some pictures to share this happy moment with you.
