Potato Pakora

Good Day Everyone!

Last night, we enjoyed delicious pakoras made of potato and onion. First, we cut the potatoes and onions into thin, even slices. Then we mixed them with besan (gram flour) and added some spices like salt, chili powder, and cumin to make a semi-thick batter.

After mixing everything well, we heated oil in a pan and deep-fried the mixture in small, random shapes until the pakoras turned golden brown and crispy. The smell was amazing and made everyone hungry.

When they were ready, we took them out and served them hot with green chutney and tomato sauce. Each bite was crunchy outside and soft inside, full of flavor and warmth. We all loved the taste and enjoyed eating together while chatting and laughing. The evening felt cozy and joyful, and I took some pictures to remember how perfect and tasty those homemade potato and onion pakoras were.
