Yes my Friend, Thank you for your support. In the world of photography, this photo-taking technique is called "Low Light Photography", the goal is to get the main photo object in the form of a black silhouette, by eliminating about 50% of the light entering the camera. there are 2 methods to get such result. One uses an ND Filter, the other makes a tool, a pipe measuring 1 inch and 3 cm long and then placed on the camera to reduce light entering from the right and left to the camera. A shot like this is a little difficult, for this photo I shot about 30 pieces, but what turned out to be 8 photos I got a photo object in the form of a Black Silhouette.

Then you will know that the noise in the pictures is due to high ISO. If your camera does not manage the noise then the picture becomes pixelated as yours. Pictures are also softened. No details than the pixelated colors.
