Today we enjoyed a rainy winter dinner at home with crispy potato fries. First, we washed the potatoes well, peeled them, and cut them into fries using a fries cutter. Then we made a tasty coating by mixing gram flour (besan) and corn flour with some simple spices. After that, we added the potato fries into the mixture so they were well covered.

We heated oil and fried them until they became golden and crunchy. The fries were hot, crispy, and very yummy, and we enjoyed them a lot in this cold weather. We also tried a special sandwich with layers of egg and fries.

It was different, but very delicious and filling. The warm food, the rainy weather, and the winter vibe made our dinner feel extra special. I took some pictures and I am sharing them with you.
